Blisters are fluid-filled lesions caused by friction and pressure. As anyone who has ever experienced a blister knows, it can be extremely unpleasant, painful and debilitating. 

Blisters are usually the result of one or a combination of the following causes:

• Ill-fitting footwear
• Stiff shoes
• Socks that have wrinkled against the skin
• Excessive moisture
• Foot deformities

Along with our in-depth advice, and, if needed, treatments, we also mould and manufacture custom-made insoles at our onsite orthotics lab. If deemed a suitable option, we can mould and manufacture your custom-made insoles within 24 hours.
